(1) What are next steps once my resume has been submitted?
(a) Screening of external resumes by HR and Hiring Manager – You will be contacted only if you are selected for an initial interview. Unfortunately, time does not allow us to contact applicants that are not selected for further screening.
(b) Phone Screening – This process takes about 1 week.
(c) Scheduling Interviews – This process takes about 1 week.
(d) Complete background check – Once a final candidate has been selected, HR will conduct references, degree, terrorism and if applicable a criminal background check. This process takes about one week or less.
(e) Verbal offer is made – This process takes about one day to negotiate.
(2) How do I apply to AED?

(3) What is the growth potential at AED?
Employees are required to successfully complete six months in their current position before applying for a new position or being recommended for promotion by a supervisor. Employees who have been employed less than 6 months or who are not in good standing because of current performance are not eligible for promotion.
(4) Do I get to travel?
It will depend on the project you are working on, budget and need for travel.
