Every day, throughout the world, dedicated AED colleagues are making a difference in people’s lives.
Our worldwide staff of nearly 2,000 works to solve critical social problems through practical, comprehensive approaches to development challenges. We accomplish this through partnerships with individuals, communities, organizations, business, and governments.
AED has earned international recognition for our ground-breaking efforts in such areas as care and support for children orphaned by AIDS; school reform and improvement; girls’ education; behavior change communications to improve health, nutrition, and the environment; peace-building; and successful public-private partnerships.
Our efforts to foster positive social change are dependent on committed, talented, technically skilled employees, and we are considered an employer of choice.
