Evaluation of the National Quality Improvement Center

The project intends to evaluate the process and outcomes of the implementation of the HRSA-funded National Quality Improvement Center which will provide dissemination, education and technical assistance to all Ryan White grantees related to continuous quality improvement.













The goals of the project are to: 1) Conduct a needs assessment to assist in the design of a National Quality Improvement Center (NQC) that is responsive to the quality improvement needs of HRSA grantees. 2) To conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the NQC that will assess the scope and quality of program delivery as well as the achievement of prescribed outcomes.
