The ten-year project is managed by the Academy for Educational Development and funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID). Technical assistance is provided to USAID missions, host governments, private voluntary organizations (PVOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to improve program design, monitoring and evaluation.
