The project's aim is to provide quality primary education to all eligible children in Bangladesh.












The goals are:











1. Increase primary school access, participation and completion in accordance with government's EFA (Education for All) and other policy commitments;











2. Improve the quality of student learning and performance outcomes; and











3. Build and facilitate a positive relationship between the Government of Bangladesh, donors and consultants.
