School Training and Support in Qatar aims to provide day-to-day management advice and professional development for new Independent Schools that are part of the Qatar's Education for a New Era reform initiative. AED serves as the School Support Organization (SSO) for three girls' schools where there are content specialists advising the teachers on professional development, the new curriculum standards, classroom methodologies and assessments. In addition, there is a General Advisor at each school which oversees the daily operations of the school to ensure the school is well managed and provides coaching and support to the school administration.
