The UMOYO Network project helps NGOs respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Its goals are to improve NGOs’ capacity to increase the availability of Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) and other HIV-related services as well as improve the quality of and increase the demand for these services.
