Managing African Conflict Indefinite Quantity Contract

The Managing African Conflict IQC is a tool for USAID to implement conflict resolution programs in Africa. It can be used by USAID regional, bilateral and non-presence country Missions and other U.S. government entities operating in Africa. AED has created a network of global analytic institutions, made up of nine of the leading academic research institutions in the world focusing on Conflict Prevention, Management and Resolution (CPMR). AED has also identified a group of local African nongovernmental organizations that may be called upon to partner in the implementation of task order activities.
