The Presidential Scholarship Program (PSP) funds Palestinian students’ pursuit of pre-academic training in the West Bank/Gaza and Master’s Degree studies in the United States. PSP provides training for future leaders in the stabilization and future development of the  economy and society.











To date, 35 candidates have received scholarships. PSP has set up pre-academic training for these participants and has begun placing them in graduate programs for Fall 2004.
