The aim is to implement an evaluation of HIV counseling, testing, and referral services provided at six CDC-funded community-based organizations that work with young men of color who have sex with men. The goals are to provide oversite and project management for six community-based organizations participating in the Young Men of Color who have Sex with Men HIV Counseling, Testing, and Referral Evaluation Project (YCEP).
